History

A constantly developing company

1975 : Creation of the company by Michel Dadaux who was a reseller of meat and cold meats
           equipment in the Franche-Comté and neighbouring regions.

1983 : Jean-Claude Dadaux joins the firm.
           Diversification of the business into stainless steel working and weighing equipment.

1988 : The company starts to manufacture the first Dadaux refrigerated mincers.

1990 : Manufacture of first stuffers.

1992 : Manufacture of first chop cutters.

1994 : Manufacture of first mixers.

1995 : Retirement of Michel Dadaux. Firm becomes a public limited company.

1996 : Manufacture of first band saws.

1998 : Manufacture of first cutters.

2002 : Creation of the CMM boiler-making business in Tunisia.

2004 : Opening of a sales office in Wielun (Poland), “DADAUX POLSKA”.
           Renewal of the product range.

2007 : Manufacture of first stainless steel slicers.

2008 : Opening of a sales office in Nantes (France).
           Opening of the DADAUX GASTOTECH factory in Poligny for the manufacture
           of cutters.

2010 : Diversification of the product range with the manufacturer of a cheese cutting
           machine.

2012 : Extension for a total factory area of 12,500 sq.m.

2015-2016 : Renewal of the product range of stuffers, chop cutters and some meat mincer.

2016 : Commercialization of a new table dicer named PRECICUT.

2017 : Construction of the new boiler-making factory in TUNISIA.

2018 : Extension of Bersaillin’s site +1.500 sq.m and Poligny’s site +750 sq.m.
